The project involved the tryout and technical support of transfer stamping tools manufactured in China for roof structure components within the BMW Neue Klasse program.
Several transfer stamping tools used for the production of roof structure body components were supported in a Tier-1 press shop environment.
Scope of Work:
– Verification of tool technical condition
– Management of dimensional deviations
– Coordination of adjustments and corrective actions
– Support of production process stabilization
Result:
As a result of the tryout activities, the tools achieved serial production readiness while meeting OEM quality requirements.
