The objective of the project was the technical recovery and tryout of a stamping tool for the VW ID. Buzz program while maintaining the required SOP timeline.
At the start of the project, the tool did not meet serial production requirements, putting the production launch at risk.
Scope of Work:
– Assessment of the tool's technical condition
– Implementation of required repairs and modifications
– Geometrical correction of tool components
– Technical support during tryout activities
– Fine-tuning and optimization in the press shop
Result:
As a result of the implemented measures, the tool achieved serial production readiness and enabled the production launch to proceed according to schedule.
